Seasons of You is a reflective journal that I co-authored in 2023 with educator and collaborator Nicole Rene Genereaux. Developed through a participatory and research-informed design process, the journal invites readers to explore cycles of growth, rest, and renewal through guided reflection and creative inquiry.

Drawing inspiration from our lived experiences as educators and mothers—and grounded in the wisdom of Mother Nature and Indigenous ways of knowing—Seasons of You bridges learning design and well-being practices. It serves as both a reflective tool and a research artifact that examines how writing, storytelling, and ritual can nurture emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness in everyday life.
